The microsatellite "DENDEN-01," proposed by our laboratory as the lead proposer, has been selected for the 2021 J-CUBE program. The J-CUBE program is a program run by JAXA and the Japan Aerospace Exploration Agency (UNISEC), which provides an opportunity for microsatellites to be deployed from the Japanese Experiment Module "Kibo" on the International Space Station. DENDEN-01 was selected for the "Domestic Advanced Mission Slot," which provides an opportunity for advanced technology demonstration in the J-CUBE program.

"DENDEN-01" will demonstrate the following engineering technologies: a high-performance, high-reliability power supply using a new thermal control method, a power supply state estimation system and an operation planning system utilizing this system, a small hyperspectral camera and on-board analysis processing, a high-speed communication device, and a small, low-power transceiver.
